Personal returns & Sole Traders

Where you have PAYG or GST obligations we prepare and lodge the Activity Statements applicable to your circumstances.

We assist you with setting up superannuation arrangements, tax management to pay the tax obligations by instalments


Partnerships – Individual partners


When you share your business with others, a partnership is required.

We have over 30 years’ experience in helping set up partnerships and manage the accounting for these arrangements.

Where applicable we help you register for the partnership an ABN, GST, PAYG and other registrations as required.

We prepare profit & loss reports, depreciation schedules and balance sheet.

As part of the partnership structure, a partnership return is required to be lodged every year.

The partnership return is required to report income and expenses associated to the partnership business.

The partnership does not pay income tax on its income earnings. Instead the partners must pay the tax on the net partnership income they receive. 

Other Partnerships – Non-Individual partners


In some circumstances other entities such as companies, trust may enter into a partnership.

As part of the partnership structure, a partnership return is required to be lodged every year.

Professional Fees Quote

All fees for the services provided will be quoted (where possible) prior to the preparation of the reports you have requested our office to attend to. Charges will vary depending on the complexity and nature of the work undertaken, and time frame required to complete it.
